Chris is extremely clever at accounts and auditing, I'm certainly not, I've simply learned from the explanation and guidance of others on here including Chris, Benny, even Howard (he knew his A&M stuff better than most) and plenty others who I've thanked for their help and guidance as we've gone along.

I know it can be frustrating at times when others can't see stuff that is blindingly obvious to you, or ask questions/make statements on things that are glaringly nonsensical because of what you know but clearly the person posting clearly doesn't see or understand it that way

I don't think Chris's aim is to say 'hey, look how clever we are' but quite the opposite really and is in fact commenting on how ridiculous some of the things that are being said - and to be honest some of it is - "he's not put anything into the club/ he's a secured creditor" - for example.

Probably better for it to be thought than for it to be said but far worse is posted on here daily, even hourly!

You all know how he is by now, you know his style, you know his idiosyncrasies, he's just frustrated trying to shine a light on stuff that some can't seem to see or grasp - hence my previous post above trying to make things a bit clearer for everyone.

Why not try to accept him for what he is which is someone trying to seek the real picture from facts and figures and the application of knowledge and experience rather than blindly follow the widely believed rumour and gossip spread by others for their own reasons to do so?

That's all I'm attempting to do as well - despite the many things I've been labelled along the way.

I can't take back what Chris has posted or even what he thinks about some of the lack of knowledge or understanding that people have posted about how the numbers stack up - or rather don't - but it is far from the worst thing you will read on here today, so why not put it down to Chris being Chris and Chris and move on to something more worthy to get het up about?

Literally a page earlier you were accusing Iles, the ST and Kevin Davies of running co-ordinated attacks to undermine a prospective new owner.

If it ever became a subject on here I would explain it knowing that people might not understand it all and say it in what I think people might understand

I actually went to the trouble of not accusing anybody of anything because I didn't want to be the recipient of any solicitors letters and it is a fact (I know people say that a lot but in this case it is true) that Companies House records show that the BM loan was settled the day before Anderson registered his charge.

Anyway I did invite people to have a pop at me earlier - although you certainly don't usually require an invite at all do you to be on my case!

And that again is a fact - with a big cherry on top.

I’ll give it a go yeah, it won’t be for a while though, even when the latest set are filed they will be over 12 months out of date so won’t tell the full picture.

Gut feel, honestly, not a fucking clue, and anyone that claims they have an idea either has inside info (to the point of access to monthly management accounts), thinks they can read more into some accounts to Jun-17 and a few bits of information on companies house or listened to ‘Howard’ far too closely.

I could make up any one of 10 outcomes as to how KA has ended up out of all this and support it with some tiny bits of information and plenty of hearsay. This whole guesswork, piecing bits together and then going round and round again is absolutely pointless, even if someone has got close to the real answer; 1) nobody will confirm for us to know for sure; and 2) it won’t change anything! The next 2 sets of accounts will give some clarity, some of the notes will have to give some detail and I’d hope the fact that they will be overseen by new owners will mean that they will not hold back on some of the related party dealings. Even then though, I’d suspect very very few people will know for sure how KA did out of this whole saga.

If he posted something  more directly and far blunter to the posters say like "How can Anderson not have put any money into the club when he's a secured creditor for £5m you daft cunt', or 'how the fuck can the unsecured debt have got to £25m when no bugger in their right minds would be providing him with money or services without first being paid up front or secured on Ken's personal crown jewels to be redeemed by use of a chainsaw you stupid wanker', he would probably get along just fine with most.

It's hard to change your style as the years go by and at the end of the day he's hardly been radically abusive or offensive to anyone, in fact his biggest crime seems to be him having a sort of childish public schoolboy type of humour.

There is a thing called know your audience.  It's what anybody in a professional job learns where you have to explain things to people who aren't from your trained background and allow them to understand 

I've been in public inquiries. Do I explain in the language to them as to what I would do a member of the public? No

What I won't do is post statements saying people simply aren't as clever as he is or making up childish names like simple Simon 

He's his own worst enemy

He probably is.

And as someone having spent his life in the staid and somewhat cloistered world of accountancy he probably isn't used to having an audience and those he does have in front of him probably are keener to keep him sweet and laughing at his jokes however poor they may be, than being asked difficult questions of them.

Nobody posts statements up saying people aren't clever or uses public schoolboy humour if they are more worldly in terms of the give and take of 'banter' on forums like these but that's not to say he can't learn from it and become more mainstream with the rest of us (maybe I'm not considered mainstream myself but you know what I mean).

I actually would be happy for him to keep his current style - it's different if nothing else but maybe if it's being used by a stick by others to beat him over the head with then perhaps it's time to tone it down in an attempt to keep the peace.
