I reckon the likes of Wheater (and maybe PP) could rally enough of them to stick it out till the end of the season - certainly the ones that have been here a while, and the older ones

I reackon Wheater will emerge a bit of a legend by the tile all this is done. He seems to have that dedication.

Training ground or stadium?

Didn't know the training ground had floodlights.

One of the pitches at the training ground has floodlights - I think it's the plastic pitch.

Cheers.

Though, I'm struggling to see where they might pitch up

The Tim Bobbin pub in Burnley, third eleven are always on the lookout for new players for their campaign in the East Lancashire Six Fingered Pikey Singalong League.

Whilst the Tim Bobbin is grim, it doesn't come close to the Princess near Turf Moor, which is now called the Royal Dyche.

As folk said about ken, he shouldn't be expected to work for nowt.

Suppose that applies to the players too.

I know the PFA might look after them, but I couldn't blame them if they said they'd had enough.

Probably only need one Jerry can full or red to get them going for an evening

Perhaps the generators are only there as a back up?

Apparently the place isn’t on the grid for either electricity or sewage if you read a few pages back

Makes sense why there was no hot water a while back.

Nothing, you don't get any extra for being captain.

Ignore the captain comment, how much is he paid per year?

I’ll give you that, Yorkshire street is a hovel. However seeing as my choice was in the Gannow area I’ll raise you Dickie Pinks, is it still going?

Isn’t our wage bill 700k a month? Would think he’s on more than 5k per week.

Edited by Mounts Kipper

Iles wasn't clear when he reported the wage bill

It's either 400 or 800

And the deal isn't dead

Big fat fact
