Nobody is disputing the quality we have / completely lack Cas nor is anyone ignoring the fact we’re shopping in the basket which isn’t even in the sale aisle

however, to continue to insist that Parky is getting the optimum out of them and no other manager, no one could do any better is bollocks in my book 

he makes what we have the shittest version of what they can be

Remember similar situation under Allardyce in the early days, he begged, borrowed and squeezed the last drops of players at the end of their careers, that’s what we need now, someone capable of working with these type of players, getting a system that work and motivating the team and giving the fans some pride back in the club and the team. In other words a proper manager and that for me is the key appointment that’ll take us forward.
