Struggling to get people in now we're offering it to the <65's

Frightening!

Bloody hell, people thinking they're invincible or something?

Not to say I told you so, but I mentioned a week or 2 back that once the vulnerables were done, it would prove increasingly difficult to convince younger folk to get jabbed.

Though I must say, it's started much sooner than I thought and could become a major concern.

I told you so.

anyway

lad been told its a phased return to school

they aren't happy at all it seems

Are you lot doing by age rather than the 16-64 with issues?

Hope you're right

But i do think that as this ticks towards the under 40's, the uptake will be 50/60% at best

I agree from speaking to people at work.

Selfish cunts IMO but can't force 'em

This vaccine passport idea might twist a few arms.

No jab, no pub, club nor possibly holidays.

Employers maybe having the right to insist employees have it may also be a factor.

Twatspatulas.

That won't happen, first bit might

I'm not ringing out - I'm just jabbing. But the word on the street is it's a lot harder to get this younger cohort in for their jabs.

Pathetic really - but this is the world we're living in!

Id say it depends on the group

I know the 16 to 64s arent proving difficult to get in

Well, the ones i can ask about

They were talking about it on the news.

Might not happen, but you could understand employers looking at it.

Trust me, I've urged them to do it, got told no chance.

they spent months saying kids seem to be less vulnerable, and fact checking folk saying take vitamin c , d , and zinc , so that were always gonna happen.

making folk sus , then wondering why theyre sus.

dunno what they expected to happen.

like running "beware stranger in white vans offering sweets" PIFs nonstop for a full year, then setting up a government approved tuck shop from a ford transit staffed by a fat man in a My Little Pony tshirt with a small dog.

people will do what they want.

Who have you urged?

Curious to know what their thinking is.

No bloody wonder!

Mission impossible local government, must be amongst the most cosseted employees around.

Private sector will be easier no doubt.

Don't know about that, a lot of jobs lost and a lot more to come.

But as far as jabs (not jobs) go, rightly or wrongly, it's up to the individual.

I know plenty folk refusing to get it.

Fucking morons. As soon as I am offered it that's me there in a flash and I have had Covid already!

Refusing the jab (medical reasons excepted) makes you a proper cunt.

The type of cunt who probably bleats like a fucking bitch about not being able to have a pint or go to Spain

Id make vaccine passports as draconian as possible just to make these twat’s lives an unending misery.

The kind of people who book together with their mates in the same 2* AI in some Spanish shithole; so they comprise of about 10 adults, 10 teenage slags/chavs and 30 kids who fend for themselves. They only leave said AI to get a pint of Carling and an all day English from "The Red Lion"

Not a bad idea this vaccine passport lark. Tell the naysyers that that they won’t be going to -pubs/clubs/restaurants/cinema/theatre/football matches/holidays etc and they might just change their minds - fairly sharpish

I know you're trying to provoke a certain poster, but there's loads more reasons offered at our place, none of them legit IMO
