This seems to be a concoction designed to reduce the animal's ability to function as well as it can.

All a but sad when a big company chases "green" credentials in this way.

So do other things in other feeds though ? 
same as some things make us fart more and some things prevent farting and change how you react to foodstuffs  etc?

May be wrong as I haven’t read much of this , there may be more than breaking down enzymes , but farmers been giving digestion aids in feeds for years , seaweed etc, not sure what’s so bad about this one and why it’s caused such a response that previous things didn’t ?

Seaweed, minerals, etc are naturally occurring foodstuffs. 

This additive stops/reduces the production of a hormone.

Quite different.

There have been previous issues with food additives- maybe they've been lost over time- but BSE (mad cow disease is an example)

The UK also forbids the use of growth hormones in livestock too, to protect people from them being passed on through the food chain. 

Unfortunately, problems are always predictable, and arise later.

So does sea weed , that’s my point, it isn’t quite different , it’s the same thing but ones natural and ones man made but they both do the same thing , block the offending enzyme 

if reducing gas by inhibiting the enzyme is all this boaver does that is , as I totally agree with the additives bit , and base was a good example , but in this case, as I understand , yes one’s a natural way of doing it , well uses  natural ingredient at least and  the other a man made additive that does the same thing within the cow ?

BSE was caused by feeding cattle bone meal originating from infected dead cattle, and dead sheep infected with scrapie. I mean what could possibly go wrong.

Not your normal food additive really.

Seeing a lot about the CIA paying to arm and aid the Houthi rebels (and ultimately, eventually destroy them) so they can help establish Israel's own version of the Suez Canal and control global trade and tariffs. They'll need a large part of the West Bank in order to navigate it around established Israeli towns and cities.

It kinda makes sense to be fair..

Cut all the way through to the Gulf of Aqaba into the Red Sea, presumably - Those were the original plans for it before it was shelved anyway.
