  • It looks horrendous but by all accounts it’s incredibly successful  Ive only ever had acupuncture in my knee and it was such a great pain relief

I got a bit of potato on my cuffs earlier, washed it off with soap and water if that's any help ?

I fucked mine up a few years ago doing some weights - took around 12 months to get better, had to have physio on it. It probably took so long, because I kept forgetting, and then would lift something above my head again and knack it up. It's still not right, but I can get by now

Did the regular fist master sessions help the rehab?

Did a slight tear in mine this year, took about 4 weeks

Longest I’ve known it to go on without surgery is 2 months

Aye so common in gyms with lifting.

Only thing cures it is rest. And warmin up proper before exercise with specific routines.

Theres plenty on youtube showing you how to do it. Builds up strength round it etc

they did, immensely, but only on battery power, I didn't have the strength in my shoulder to use it on mains power

That's why mine took yonks, I'd think it was OK after a couple of weeks, and then fuck it up again

Very sensible. Just a gentle pumping rather than full on.

Took me about 2 years to get right, it's fucking painful at times

did mine last year, increadably painfull.

went to the doctor , you need physio, nearest appointment 4 months later.

cost me £400 to get it done privatley

Aye, think I bollocksed it doing a load of hedge trimming. Shovelling horse shit etc since is making it worse.

Aye. Clicking loudly occasionally too. Hot and aching inside, and soreness in surrounding muscles.

How long does it take to train the left arm into an effective masturbating tool. :)

Had it last year, only just started lifting weights again, if you can class a 12kg kettlebell as a weigh. Resistance bands is all I can recommend.

you was doing some weights?

Have you tried rubbing it with a bloon?

Yep for ages from the gym

had steroid injections, checked for bursitis, physio for ages - nothing fixed it

turned out it was the way I was sleeping

According to my physio developing a strong scapula will help as you may be compensating

Had tears in both shoulders.

Bloody painful.

Had ops to repair them.

Horrible.

6 weeks in a sling each time, then a load of physio.

Right as rain now though, full mobility.

Hedge trimming has always been a tough one for me. Probably because its an occasional/seasonal exercise. Starts off fine, but by the end can barely lift the arms.

Light stretches everyday will help

Had really bad shoulder pains to the extent I couldn't change gear when driving and felt like shit.

Then a big full body massage (yes from a blonde lass), it knocked me out for a couple of days and after I was unstoppable... awake at dawn, full of man hormones and launching myself into all physical work with no shoulder pains at all.

Try it before pills and all that, no guarantees but it won't harm and you might get a blonde masseur

On a scale of 1-10, how painful is a bastard?
