It's the distance between him & his peers which was the most impressive.... At his best he was playing a different game to the rest. 

I'm not a big golf fan, only really watch the final day of the big tournaments. But Tiger has to be up there with this talk of greatest sportsmen. The dedication and being so far ahead of anyone else when in his prime.

Just been watching highlights of a father and son tourney in Florida this weekend. Tiger played with  11 year old son Charlie.

Par 5 dog leg 520 yards for Tiger off the back tee, Charlie tees off from the front 150 yards further on and is left with a 5 wood 175 yards to the hole. He draws it round some trees and lands it 3 feet from the pin then putts out for eagle. A chip off the old block methinks. Bound to be on YouTube.
