Meanwhile in Israel

Is it kicking off big time or is this just everyday stuff they deal with or a bit of both?

I think Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Jordan do accept Israel is here to stay. Iran and Lebanon less so obviously. But, until Israel stop taking land illegally in the West Bank and Hamas is in Gaza it's all fucked.

Saudi was close to an official agreement, hence Iran's proxy attack.

If all the relevant nations followed suit, then the allied support for Israel would become more conditional, and they would have to be less aggressive with regard to land grabs etc.

There's that logical fallacy again!

Better than you and your 'sides' illogical fantasy my friend.

They will work with Israel. They just won't work with the GHF.

So they will let those folk they are saying the want to save (allegedly) starve on a point of principle/political propaganda?

Wants fucking disbanding if this is the case.

Quelle surprise.

Crystal clear for those without blinkers who won't swallow everything the BBC and ITV News will throw at them.

Yep. United Nobheads. Fucking ridiculous that they would (allegedly) let people starve. Like their allies Hamas, more interested in gaining political capital with brain dead fucking morons marching in capital cities around the world waving Palestinian flags and wearing those fucking stupid looking scarves. Handy in a sandstorm in London though.

The masses continue to swallow the BS churned out by woke lefties.

Crikey

What a turd of a post

I don't follow with the land grabs to be honest.

he's not said he won't, just looks like he's doing things his way, from that article:

Recognition of a Palestinian state has to be one of those steps. I am unequivocal about that. But it must be part of a wider plan which ultimately results in a two-state solution and lasting security for Palestinians and Israelis

 'Unequivocal'. Keir Starmer. Surely the most numbnuts Labour supporter won't be able to swallow that?

He'll be along shortly.

Whatever it takes to cut out the cancer.

At least you're up front about it to be fair. Rather than denying the reality of what's going.

Even if it is quite disturbing that you're happy for children to be starved to death and women massacred whilst collecting food, all in the name of destroying Hamas.

I'd ask if there was a limit to your 'whatever it takes'. But it sounds like there isn't.

See.

Showing his true self tonight isn’t he 🙄? In a full meltdown for some reason.

If his cage is rattled much more I think he’s only one post away from explicitly saying it’s fine if all 2m Palestinians in Gaza are murdered as that’ll get rid of Hamas.  “Whatever it takes” 🤔

He’s not rattled mate 😂

Bolty is fine.

But yes, whatever it takes means exactly that. Kids starving, women butchered, people denied of the right to exist as a nation. All completely fine as long as it means Hamas are defeated. Grim

Wasn’t this one of the reasons Israel put a block on the UN? More food in the hands of the wrong people.

Is there another link for that story? Just one guys word on Twitter saying it happened today, and a dodgy as picture to try & prove it.

Either way. There is no doubt some desperate civilians will loot & food. No doubt some food will go into the wrong hands. But it’s certainly not an excuse to deliberately starve civilians.

So now you don’t believe pro Palestine accounts.

There’s literally dozens of pro Palestine accounts reporting on this.

If you was policing this how would you do it?

Flood them with food..

Moneys there for rockets, spend 100m on food and drop them off.. hold off the rockets for a few days...

If nothing else will get the media off their backs but ensures there's enough to go around.

If there's an excess of food it loses its value.

It’s being looted.

All that means is more trade and more money for Hamas.

So the food is being looted. No doubt being sold on at massive prices.

How do you police it?

Despite UN resolutions, they have got away with it, in no small part due to general support from allies. Even if those allies publicly criticise the moves, they won't take substantive action.

With a peaceful situation in the region, those allies are in a different place with less of a requirement for high level, generalised support.

Trade restrictions-sanctions would become an option to push back against any continued grabs in the areas.

As your man said in interview, militarily.

However, as we've seen, that has its own problems.

I suppose simply dropping enough parcels will eventually quell the looting etc.

Maybe drop more, smaller parcels over a wider area.

Not sure, armed forces perhaps but not the IDF because they're inclined to shoot them for the sake of it

These things must always happen during war, how do they normally deal with it effectively?

They wouldn't

Have a look at a map over the past 5 decades.

So what have we learnt?

That starving civilians act desperately in order to get food. Shock horror. Were we expecting an orderly lunchtime Post Office cue, with everyone calmly waiting their turn ?

That a massively weakened Hamas will also access some of the food. Sure they will. That's no reason to go back to butchering civilians collecting aid and blocking it going in though.

Hopefully there are people up high up in the IDF and Israeli cabinet who are one punished for letting it get to this state.

In the meantime, flood the strip with food; keep doing so until everyone has access and a military presence to do so. The chaos will subside the more food people have.

Israel need to also release the doctors they've locked up without trial and allow the evacuation of those who require treatment for malnutrition.
