Her and her mate got tickets from ticket office with no problems.

Neil is still a knob though.

Home game unaffected

You’ll need to add a membership to your account (either online or via ticket office) before buying any away tickets though (and at least 24 hours in advance of wanting to buy)

That’s wrong

i am STH not applied for membership but got six Stockport away tickets for our group

There were a few in NSL concourse as well (most of them watching the game on telly when I went for a pint just before half time). I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the club have just used a different agency to usual.

Apologies, you’re right. And it sounds like it’ll be automatic for ST holders next season anyway.

Good stuff

I got my daughter in on my dads season ticket, so the turnstile guys are not being overly officious too which is good.

I think if you really want to go, the membership scheme shouldn’t be an excuse (apart from those last minute floaters)

However that doesn’t stop the whole role out of this being absolutely wank and I agree Mr Hart hasn’t come out of this with any credit, the condescending toss pot.

Another hour of my life wasted going round in circles

Tried logging in again, clicked on reset password, and it just takes me to my preferences for receiving marketing shite and another opportunity to click and reset my password, and again, and again.....

Fuck it. Staying overnight after the charity game tomorrow so I'll test out cuntychops' theory and take my phone in to the ticket office on Monday morning, show them my emails, etc, and see if they can set me up

It was easy; 2 minutes

For you I’m sure it was. I don’t think Manc is writing that for dramatic effect though. Numerous cases of people struggling say it’s not straight forward.

Aye. I’m fairly tech-savvy but am really struggling with this. When you click ‘reset password’ or ‘forgotten password’ you expect to be redirected to somewhere regarding passwords, not your marketing preferences. Anyway, like I say I’ll see what the ticket office have to say on Monday

You didn’t. I was in a bit of a rush to get across to Bolton for the game. Hadn’t realised how badly it read. Anyway as I was sat in The Harvester showing my mate the problem it worked and I bought a ticket for Donny

  • 2 weeks later...

Just realised - I bought 2 tickets for my kids on Tuesday night from the Ticket Office - about half an hour before kick-off - and they didn't ask for any additional details. I had my season ticket moved so we could get 3 together, and I've already registered the kids and 'linked' them to my account, so maybe it was that, but they didn't ask for names or anything.
