Neither have I , but just guessing that’s what they meant by it. I’m with you, it looks stupid and crass written like that in all honesty
November 11, 20214 yr Author Stone Island is soooooooo 2018. They’ll be selling it at Sports Direct at some point, hitting its target market. Labelled gear stinks of a desperation to be loved and admired. Deary me. Represent. If you know, you know.

November 11, 20214 yr It has somehow become an excuse for folk to decorate their houses as some sort of no man’s land between. Halloween and Christmas. The ‘lest we forget’ stuff on work cans and the like all year round. I’ve chucked in £5 for my poppy pin badge and paid my respects at 11am this morning and may well go to the Cenotaph on Sunday, but everything else just seems to be more and more crass to me. Remember when we used to laugh at the Americans when they used to do shit like that for Veterans Day and all that?

November 11, 20214 yr Rather coincidentally a few minutes after reading this, the Mrs mumbled "bloody hell" and then showed me someone woman on her faceache asking for recommendation of tattoo artists to put the picture of spitfires flying over poppy fields on the top of her arm!! Beat that on eh, jesus christ. Had a poppy on for a couple of days, lads at work stopped for the silence today and I will try and head down to town on Sunday. Owt more than that is bollocks.
November 11, 20214 yr “Pull the Pin” rum. Thought it was a wind up but it is genuinely being sold by the RBL on their website. Obviously some sort of conversation actually went on at senior level where this wasn’t considered to be in poor taste. World’s gone mad. Edited November 11, 20214 yr by Leyther_Matt
