And if you get in remove your clothes and don a blanket, refuse to shave or wash, smear excrement over the walls of the ESL bogs, improvise a funnel and urinate into one of the bars.

7. Cancellation & Withdrawal of Season Card

7.1 Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, the Club shall have the right in the case of any serious or persistent breach of these Terms & Conditions of Entry to cancel and withdraw your Season Card. In the event of such cancellation no refund will be paid in respect of any unexpired portion of the Season Card. Without prejudice to the general nature of the above the following actions shall constitute serious breach of Terms & Conditions of Entry:

...

7.1.13 any failure to pay or default of payment in respect of any sums owing to the Club (or 3rd party) in respect of this Season Card.

7.2 In the event that your Season Card is withdrawn or cancelled the Club reserves the right to exclude you from any membership scheme maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify you from applying for any Match ticket or season ticket at its discretion. Your name, identifying details and/or any photographs of you (including, but not limited to any material being personal and/or sensitive personal data as defined under the Data Protection Act 1998) may be passed to the police and/or such other appropriate authority as the Club sees fit.

I think the straw that broke the camels back was stroking the police horse and proclaiming it be the only living animal with a c#nt on its back.

I may be wrong your honour, in which case I apologise

That answers the question.  Cancel your direct debit and they can and will likely pursue you and will crash your credit file.

Basically  you have signed up to say you will pay them even if they decide not to let you in and they don’t need to give you the money back

I read it quite different, in that they'll just withdraw your Season Ticket and may prevent you from making future purchases.

I can transfer my ticket, admittedly the ticket office weren't aware of that at first. Just called, was told to redial main reception and speak with Ben Cowcill.. Was transferred through just for whoever to hang up on me

It also says they don’t have to give a refund or redress if you read it

So they will continue to charge you. Could be wrong.

These also are the terms For the season ticket.  Not for the direct debit. So be a good chap and post the correct ones to allow the question to be answered correctly.

but as above the club don’t have to offer a refund on any unused part of A season ticket that they have refused entry under. Fact

I hope everyone at BWFC is ok with a few piffling rules somehow stopping folk joining the membership scheme.

I still think you're wrong. 🤷‍♂️ If you cancel your Direct Debit, they'll just withdraw your Season Ticket, and you probably won't be able to get one in future.

As described here, for instance re: Newcastle:
