If you've not been arrested or charged then how is there a "court case" for them to be waiting for?

Perhaps you need to contact the ticket office and find out who makes such decisions and write to them.

Apologetic tone, but point out the limbo situation and request they overturn the ban.

Point out your long term support, family attendance etc.

Eat a bit of humble pie and perhaps you'll get a more favourable outcome.

If not, then cancel the direct debit.
