The new cars look much better and fingers crossed they can race much closer due to the huge aerodynamic changes.

It's going to be interesting for sure because brand new rules always throw up surprises.

Said on commentary they get 6G going through their spine due to it. Not good 

But…..you can reduce the bouncing and lose some performance. Or give your designers a real good shoeing to come up with a solution.

Merc looking strong but not good enough

That Red Bull is quick but I’d be concerned about reliability going forward. Something doesn’t seem quite right. Similar for Ferrari

McLaren seem in a right pickle. After two great years they’ve gone into reverse

If Merc are strong again next race and Red Bull/Ferrari have some issues should set up a great constructor’s championship

There was an Alfa on its roof at about 100mph

Just see a picture, if that halo hasn’t worked he’s not surviving that.

There were also some dickhead protesters on the back straight so that lap could have been an absolute fucking disaster

Those protesters had placed themselves on the Wellington straight - the cars are doing 180mph as they come round that corner.

But for that red flag, we could easily have seen people being smashed to pieces.

Iirc, Hamilton wasn't entirely happy before they were introduced- then last season he had someone else's car on top of his. Reckon he's all for them now.

They fucked that pitstop up then hopefully he's got enough time to get past

If it wasn't for the SC, Hamilton would have been pushing for the win there on newer tyres.

Ferrari fucked up not pitting both drivers but pleased for Carlos getting his 1st win.

Hamilton finished at least second without safety car.

 

Arguably with decent pit stop wins it. Although if he was leading before SC could have finished 4th

Just seen George Russell jumping from his car to run straight to the car that had crashed. No thought for his own safety. Some people are just made that way.
