The new cars look much better and fingers crossed they can race much closer due to the huge aerodynamic changes.

verstappen has a huge advantage over the rest of the field now (excluding Hamilton) in so much as everytime he tries an overtake and they are side by side they shit out as there is a fear factor now that max won’t yield even when he should.  You could see that with sainz on the opening lap. 
 

Same when max is in front. LeClerc could and should have had a go then on the lap when he was within about 0.3seconds but he’s fearful same as the rest but I also think leclerc is a bit of a typical froggy shithouse  

sadly the FIA and their refusal to deal with verstappen  last year has now given him this advantage that he doesn’t need as he’s an elite driver in the best car.

That's the thing, a slower teams upgrade is getting them back to the front but the front have also moved on.

Predictable qualifying outcome but nice to see Max losing power in the final run
