Including the police force.

She's also currently in post, which may hamstring what she says.

Ultimately though, it wasn't her decision, but that of tbe CPS, and as I've said, the claim about charges has been shown to be incorrect. 

Within 2 days of the murder of David Amess, we were aware of facts surrounding the culprit.

There were arrests made a while back in Manchester (maybe connected to the bomber), and again we were told about what they had found.

The act that covers this (circa 1981) does not stop revelations of the nature of finding ricin at his home. It is a fact. 

Him apparently going to his previous school with a knife is more subjective, so maybe there was justification there.

There are many examples of facts being made available. 

Yet not in this case.

Apparently, a referral to Prevent isn't compulsory, and can be refused.

The kid got done several times carrying a knife and kept getting caught but nothing was ever done about it
