The clue was in "used" not "posted".

but whilst it said case collapsed, it says old jury discharged for "legal reasons", new jury to be selected

Doesn't mean we can't isolate particular circumstances in the cases though does it?

You cant just ignore causes and environments in one set of crimes or fail to focus on them because similar crimes are committed elsewhere with other sets of circumstances around them.

Black on black knife crime is rife in London. Do we generalise all their set of parameters because knife crime happens elsewhere? 

No we don't, because each circumstances are different.

Muslim grooming gangs are a problem in this country no matter how many other problematic areas or cases involving non Muslims there are. And vice versa.

What kind of person do you have to be to try and trivialise it?
