  • Can not speak for @gonzo but coming back yesterday we ended up with one  of our seats double booked with a protester. We chatted most of the way back, I told him I  was not a supporter and he was fine

  • I just wish folk would stop producing bollocks information and spreading it. 3 kids have been murdered ffs and the first thing someone can think of is set up a fake twitter profile and post some

In no time you find yourself as popular as a wickerwork seat in a nudist camp... and you know what impression that makes on people

But no razor blades have been found on a train either. It was at a train station. So someone leaving a razor blade in a village in Kent under a sticker means it’s now ok for folk to go out and start slitting throats (well according to this jury it is). Someone make it make sense

These clowns have more stammers than the speedboat on Bullseye.....give them a decade or so and they'll be used to it pal 😉

A decade on. GONZO is fighting the cause instead of me

Who are you talking to?

What has this song got to do with whatever point you are trying to make?

And on your point if it was my wife, well for one she wouldn't have done it in the first place because she isn't a fucking idiot.  But as I said I would have thought the sentence harsh.

Connelly was charged under a different section to the councillor- once which is a higher level of criminality.

She was remanded into custody, which gave her less opportunity to speak to others, take soundings and make a clear headed decision. She only had access to her solicitor.

He was bailed, and had all the things she didn't.

His case was delayed several times, giving him yet more time.

She was locked up for 31 months; the same judge sentenced a man for 20 months for taking part in the riot itself.

The free speech union have outlined huge numbers of people they're helping with similar concerns.

If they had found out about her case in time, they would have told her in no way that she should plead guilty.

Her treatment in terms of a guilty plea as opposed to a conviction is indeed what our system allows for.

The circumstances surrounding her case, her arrest, charging, advice etc was dramatically different to his, and that is where the concern lies.

Moreover, JRM made comments in May very much saying it was a case of a two tier system.

Hope the little one is well pal ♥ xxx

Yes we disagree because I need a good shag... and I'm the simpleton 😂

Hard to find sympathy for Lucy. You can't let someone off because they've got a family. That kind of snowflake attitude won't make our streets safer mate.

& thanks pal

What I really don't understand though, is why one person getting a harsh sentence is evidence of a two tier justice system?

There are loads of just stop oil numpties and Palestine action activists who've been given long hefty sentences. There are some 'lefties' who get harsh sentences as well.

People focus in on and obsess over two cases and use that as 'proof' of inconsistency.

When in reality you could find all sorts of harsh or lenient sentencing out there for people from all over the political system.

Hang on Tonto....what you are actually saying, is that you basically control what your wife thinks and says ?

Your words sir, as above....not mine 😘

I think her concern was that she'd spend months in custody awaiting trial if she pleaded not guilty

A hugely significant difference 😂

Nobody is saying it's ok. Not even him.

Inciting violence is a hefty charge to prosecute. Has to be proved that those listening to him are likely to then go out and commit an offence.

Get your teeth into that.

There will always be all allowances for heated comments. Probably best prosecuting him under a different charge if you want him in prison

Lucy Connolly got what she deserved.

Thats all there is to it.

So in the middle of heightened tensions,  it’s kicking off all over the country, you have a man…..a public figure…. telling a crowd of demonstrators to go and slit people’s throats. Could he have picked a worse time? Seriously if people are being jailed for words then what’s gone wrong here.

Tell me what you think their song means because I have a feeling you are wide of the mark. Unless you are fishing again, which is really rather dull, again.

You tell me the actual meaning of "detail" in relation to the filming in a main shopping street in Glasgow 8 years ago. Enough clues and footage given, you utter plantpot

You son, would be totally lost on Countdown

And folk wonder why I fucked off from here, take care guys, some good folk here, some whoppers unfortunately too xx
