Did the jury?

I’ve no idea, did they? Is there actually a video.

Do you think he’s guilty?

I have no idea if they saw the video, I wasn’t in the court room. I have no idea if there is a video - you had mentioned it.

I don’t think he’s guilty, no - because he’s been found innocent, so he is officially not guilty. Whether that was the correct decision or not, I don’t know.

Yeah, the fact she pleaded guilty means the justice system treats her as an offender

The sentence she received was harsh but will have been within the sentencing guidelines

Jones was clearly guilty but given the very short amount of time the jury deliberated for they must've decided to go down the jury nullification route

One crucial difference between the two is that prior to entering pleas, Jones was granted bail and Connolly wasn't, which again seems harsh considering she herself hadn't committed a violent offence and was the mother of young children

It's also thought that the fact she was refused bail was a big (perhaps the main) factor in her deciding to plead guilty

I think he's been very fortunate indeed and she's been a bit hard done to (certainly in comparison)

Pretty sure that's not right. He was arrested and placed on remand. He plead not guilty while on remand and spent two months in remand

I thought they were secret? I was told it was definitely a man by a lawyer who represented a famous TV personality. Not that it makes much difference but maybe you could give us more info.

But I’m asking what you think, you don’t have to go off what the jury said, I’m asking your opinion.

There isn’t a video, the sticker shite he came up with was regards to an incident in a village in Kent.

Both were remanded in custody in the immediate aftermath but Jones was subsequently released on bail whereas Connolly had her bail application refused

The applications will have been heard by different judges and I'm not claiming her case was politically motivated or had any state interference, just that she was treated harshly

But that can happen to anyone in the judicial system

It's right that he pleaded not guilty before the bail application was heard though, for what it's worth

Starts about 50 mins into this video. Before that, they also had a chat with a lad from Afghanistan, who comes across perfectly fine, despite the daft line of questioning. 🤷‍♂️

DJE isn't far right type.

He's an attention seeker that antagonises people in whatever way possible to get clicks and likes.

Usually found bullying people just trying to go about their jobs and hiding behind legal loopholes.

I'm not happy with migrant issue whatsoever but harassing the migrants or worse is just not on.

They've come for whats on offer and a better life. It's not their fault we can't sort our shit out.

Isn’t DJE also known as Mad Manneh? there’s another one called DJ who’s an auditor who usually bullies people trying to do their jobs, proper bell end. This DJE is usually knocking about with that Charlie Veitch

"Auditors" are fucking bellends

That’s not what you said.

You said he plead(pleaded? Pled? Fuck knows) after he was bailed. He didn’t

They were both remanded, both plead, her guilty him not.

He was remanded, plead a month later and bailed a month after that.

Perhaps the only thing 2 tier thing  is the legal advice they received.

Yes, and I later corrected it

I didn't claim he was immediately granted bail, which seems to also be what you think I meant

The point was they both had bail applications heard, his was granted and hers was refused

Neither had pled guilty at the time the applications were heard and, given her circumstances, the decision to refuse it seems harsh

I'm not arguing any two-tier justice - other people charged with inciting racial hatred after the Stockport incident were also granted bail and they weren't lefty yoghurt knitters - just that she as an individual was a bit hard done to, which she was

As I stated earlier, that happens to people from all walks of life in a court of law

Do guilty people normally get bail? I have no clue.

How would you know if they were guilty if the case hasn’t been heard?

She plead guilty. And asked for bail.

They can do, yes

But she hadn't pleaded guilty at the time her barrister made the bail application

She herself hadn't been violent and so didn't pose a physical threat to the public, was very unlikely to abscond, and was the mother of young children

That would typically be enough

You really dont want to get reeled in
