But certainly the two happening in the street is a factor , having CCTV seems to make any story more newsworthy. I also read the guy was put away before for stabbing a police dog. By rights it should, but I suppose the reality is there's not as much mileage in "man stabs friend", and especially if there's a possibility the other two were targeted because of their ethnicity I think your last sentence is part of the reason why the small boats crisis has such salience Quote
