Lincoln mate went to their game at Orient Saturday. Said Orient were good going forward but very poor defensively. The goal they conceded tonight was poor (the sort of goal we were conceding a few weeks ago), but making chances going forward with an almost 40 year old Pratley pulling the strings.

Dempsey is contracted to 2026. He's going to be here on full pay regardless unless he is moved on, which I don't expect.

I like Santos and thought he was our best player (best of a bad bunch) this season up to New Year. I suspect he's just injured but probably not busting a gut to get back. We'll see. He's 30 in June so his best days will be behind him I think but still got 2-3 good seasons to offer someone.
