  1. There has always been evidence against the death penalty.
  2. The baby killer should have gone to the gallows. Plenty would have happily pulled the lever.

Couldn't name a single tune by them but I've been talked into going to watch W.A.S.P. (80s hair rock band) in September in Manc. Not sure I can still squeeze into my lycra.

Replace the word Scouser and that's exactly what I thought when Coyle got the job.

It's always a relief and a sense of out with the old when a knew manager comes in. I'm too long in the tooth to get excited about this merry-go-round. Win and win a lot. SSSWA!
  6. I know a lad who is in it. I went to school with him. He was always a city fan. He went through a phase of going down to Burnden to watch us. Think that had more to do with a few of his mates were Bolton fans. Who remembers Mongy? Well, he was one of them. Anyway, it doesn't surprise me that he's in that picture.
  7. Not that many you owd cunt! 🫡
  8. Good point. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
  9. Its not been enjoyable being a Wanderers fan for most of th season. Especially this week with a gut wrenching mid-week home defeat and the manager getting sacked which left us even more rudderless. I really did think we would be on the back end of a 3-0, at best. Can't tell you how happy I've been today. Coyfwm. OINO.
  10. I'll go Fulham. Bet they're surrounded by wine bars instead of pubs.
  11. My mistake. I thought you meant not PL in a previous post. Are they PL now?
  12. Forrest Green 🤔
  13. Anyone else do the hospitality at BP. I did it twice. Back then I worked for NYNEX, who sponsored the "state of the art" scoreboard, so got a couple of freebies.

  15. 3-0. Positive attitudes you fuckers!
  16. Got to applaud Ipswich fans. 0-6 down at home but they still hung around until the end. Most teams stadiums would be empty at 90 mins.
  17. The out brigade that go to the effort of making a sign. And the dicks who cheered when Rotherham scored are twats!
  18. Me too. Thought his humour got a little samey later on. But he was excellent on WLIIA.
  19. I watched the end of the game with Australia this morning. Chasing a modest 181 to win. All out for 159. An utter and embarrassing shambles at the end. It was worse than anything the European Cricket league could throw up.
  20. I wish I hadn't read that 😭
  21. 😁 I'll let you know if it comes through. I made my indiscretion going up and down the road. I'm thinking, if it does come through, will I get more than 1 fine? And do you get points on the licence? On the plus side. I did get too and from my destination in record time.
  22. How long does it take for a motoring fine to drop on your door mat? On the 18th of November I cockerly used the bus lanes, and laughed at all the motorist not using them, on Derby St and St Helens Rd while on my way to Athy. It was only when I came back that I realised I had fucked up. I thought the actual time was after the 4-7 times you are not allowed to use them. I was in them at 6:30pm. I realised my mistake on the way back. I also clocked they had enforcement cameras monitoring the lanes. Anyway up to today I have not had anything through the post. I'm still expecting something but for every day that goes by I'm thinking, hmmm I may not.
  23. It doesn't matter what quality of football they play. Fair do's to 'em. Any team that represents our town are allreet by me.
  24. A league 2 team from today would have a good chance of winning Div 1 in the late 70s.
  25. I don't know.
