@masi 51 I'm not the most prolific poster on here, so apologies if I'm wrong about this but how come you (and others) only pop up here when we appear to be "struggling"or not performing as certain folk think we should. Just home and not read the full thread yet so apologies of I'm raising points already made but...... I can't get my head around seeing a team so dominant against one of the worst sides I've seen at our place in years in the first half then just going seemingly AWOL after 60 mins. Even when conceding the majority of the crowd rallied around them as if to say "no bother, get back to what we were doing and there'll be no problems" but then we proceed to cling on for the last half hour. Utterly baffling that it was the same team..... How professional footballers don't have the killer instinct to think we've won the first half 2-0, let's go back out and do them 4, 5, or 6-0 is just nuts. Got to wonder about mentality, if only for the fact it's not the first time. 🤷‍♂️

Hard fought but well earned three points. Clinging on for lat 20 mins. First away day for a while and just glad we got a return from it. Also good to briefly meet @royal white in the pub before the game. Enjoy your evening mate 👍

Yep. Worth every penny. Always say this to mates who whinge about it as "bbc one and two are shite anyway, just put adverts on and have done with it" 🙄 I listen to bbc radio, mainly 6 and 4 but others as well, pretty much all day everyday. Check in on BBC news and sports website as my go to for the quick updates of what is happening. All that and more for about 50p a day. Absolute no brainer.

When i bought my first car at 17, I registered my mum as the owner then got insurance the same with me as a named driver. Obviously all with her permission. I am assuming such smoke and mirrors have been clamped down on by the law/insurance companies has it??

Only dog I've ever been bitten by is a Jack Russell, for whatever that information is worth 😁 On the wider argument of banning breeds..... A mate of a mate has a red nose pit bull. I'm no expert but I think they're on the banned list of breeds. It's a right soft bugger, to the point that whenever it has been with my beagle, it cowers from mine for being a right giddy twat wanting to play with it.

We did a school trip to France for a week, year 10's/11's, 1998. Load of us got pissed on the first night on vodka one of the lads managed to slip off and get served for. 2 girls spewing up all over the place, scene of absolute carnage when the teachers heard what was going on and came in to shut it down. Still remember hearing one teacher say to the others at breakfast the next morning, "well at least the drama is done with early in the trip". Little did they expect 3 of the lads to be arrested for shop lifting a couple days later. What do you expect when you take feral young lads from haliwell/J Fold away for the first time without their parents (who didn't really give a shit either) 😂
