Not convinced by the number of players from the starting 11 out at the same time.

Hope it works but it feels like a gamble (and surprised to see Lee not in there with some of the other names rested)

Interesting team. Slightly concerned about energy levels in midfield without Dempsey but George is in there and he's going to have to put in a huge shift today to compete with a Cambridge team are battling and have won their last two.

But...

I have faith.

FFS - this has banana skin written all over it. We're just too slow and passing is off ATM.

Hopefully Us hitting the post will wake everyone up.

Too many changes and Shoretire is poor

We always get these type of games against bottom of the league teams. People need to be patient.

"These types of games" when we're way off the pace?

Regardless of the opposition, we have to focus on our game, and so far we're not on it today.

That had to be a pass across surely?

we’re looking a bit more threatening at least

So frustrating - George had bust a gut to get there and was in acres

The type of games where the opposition sits deep and frustrates. See Cheltenham at home.

They are very good defensively, but have still created chances and hit the post. Struggling to see how we might score playing like this - there have been opportunities for us to break their lines but the final ball has been crap.

And we have to move it quicker in general.

Nobody covering themselves in glory apart from Thomason who has worked his socks off.

Can’t be a surprise based on a lot of other games at home against teams down at the bottom. That being said, I’m not convinced that so many changes is working, we look disjointed. Evatt clearly knows best but for me, if you see those 2 strikers up top then you put more emphasis on getting wide and getting crosses in - other than set pieces I don’t think we’ve put one cross in!

Exactly and so far nobody seems to have the ambition to run at and through them. Maybe changes at half time with Dion and Lee on for Shoretire and Victor who have both struggled? At least we’re not behind because we could easily have been so still all to play for.

All to laboured, to slow, we aint getting through the middle, so lets get it wide and pump some crosses in to Ady and Jerome! Out of the play offs as it stands, we are better than this!

Can see his thinking protecting some big hitters

But

Why so slow

Lee and or Morley at ht

Scared exposing the weakness in our defence?

Slowly slowly should mean that keep control (although that’s debatable based on that half) but I reckon that could be his thinking - protect the back 5
