Losing Santos to injury and Toal to that dirty cunt has made it hard but fucking the midfield up with these changes have lost us two points today IMO

two really tough away game’s next and we could be struggling if we don’t get points from these

Eddie, expect the wrath of Spiderboy and cheese for telling the truth! That was poor!

Clown

That was shit from minute one.

Wrong team to start with and the changes left us with little cohesion.

You do know it’s possible to criticise a team when they’re shit, and compliment them when they do well, don’t you? No. Probably not.

At least you’ll be happy. Loads of negatives for you to get your teeth into. Bet you’re fucking buzzing.

We had two games in 4 days , there was bound to be changes. They had chances at 1 nil to finish the game but a poor last 5 minutes cost us. I don't think it's fair to blame Evatt when that team still should have won the game.

We only looked like we could play football after he made the first changes and brought on our better players - that left us 30 mins to win the match, rather than 90 if they’d have started.

What the fuck he was thinking with the 2 after our goal, decimating our midfield when we just needed to see it out (and had a shakey defence behind) is almost as baffling.

As I’ve said, it’s purely in isolation and doesn’t reflect on overall thoughts towards him, but he got it wrong today and if he’d have only even got it half as wrong then we’d have won.

Not at all COCK! I want whats best for Bolton, its been a really good  week at Wembley, great result at Exeter, maybe Mr Evatt got his team selection wrong? eh?

Hold your hands up Evatt with that starting line-up.

That said we will really struggle with Mbette playing for the rest of the season.

We haven’t played well now in the league since the the two 5-0 wins 9 games ago.

Playing devils advocate I’ll offer the alternative view that doesn’t lay blame to Evatt.

I predicted he’d make the changes he did and I offered a reason why - I stick by that and I’m happy to argue otherwise.

Kept a strong side against Exeter won 1-0.  6 games in 17 days. Unless you are playing FIFA you have to make changes, when you play 2 games in 4 days.

At 1-0 we have 2 or 3 good opportunities to make it 2 or 3. Fine margins

You can talk about he should have started stronger. But IE knows how is players are. He knows (Bradley eg) whether his players can be flogged or not.

I fully expect the strongest side, after a 6 day rest, against Oxford. We win there and todays selection is justified.

What you on about?

This is clearly the fault of Evatt and the board, who should all resign at once. Losing to Cambridge is bordering on criminal.

We should never ever lose a single game.

Hey mate, i get your reasoning, but shouldnt we going for the 3 points at home with our best, then the aways are less pressure? Having said that, if we hadnt of conceded so late, we wouldnt be having the same conversation!

It was a measured approach due to the circumstances we find ourselves in. 1-0 up and opportunities to make make it more, it could have worked, it didn’t.

I’ll wait till the Oxford and Burton games before I decide whether his selection was right or wrong

BTW it isn’t about just today.

Wycombe, Portsmouth, Morecambe & Ipswich.

All poor performances.

True but win that today we are in a great position to make the playoffs

IE fucked up today with both selections and second substitutions

We can still do this but need Santos back

It’s all about opinions, but the truth is we probably had to change the midfield today. Morley and Dempsey worked there bollocks off on Friday and the fear for evatt is if we lose one or both now that’s there season finished, as for the game we should have killed them off but if you don’t then that equaliser can always happen

Well that was poo

1st half slow and pedestrian

2nd half better after the first subs.Looked a threat going forward and had more control in midfield

IE has got a lot more team selections right than wrong but I do question todays line up.

Terrible team selection today. Just too many changes Now not the time to rest key players with two key defenders already out due to injuries. Mbete is a terrible defender and can't wait to see the back of him. His balance looks poor and he will never make a forward pass if he can lay it backwards instead. Didn't learn his lesson after giving the free kick away for the goal and almost did it again a minute later. Really missed Dempsey today (heard on here his court case is tomorrow). All the more reason not to rest Morley. Couldn't understand why Lee has been out of the side since before Wembley but was poor and off the pace when he came on. Finally you don't leave a 19 goal striker on the bench when you are 7 games from the end of the season. He's got all summer for a sleep in.

You can't just cherry pick 4 poor games as some sort of validation lol. Even for you that's fucking ridiculous.

Check out points total and games played since the MK win.
