Crying at films

Featured Replies

Obviously I do not because I am hard as fuck and emotions are in check.

But always thought Marley and Me was a tear jerker but a 'mate' was blabbing like a baby at 'We bought a zoo' this weekend.

Any other films that get the tears flowing ?

Edelweiss gets my 'mate' everytime

All the Rockys and Rambos

If anyone has seen "The Mission" and the mass murder scene towards the end, then it's a heart-rending piece if film.

Jaw dropping horror.

We discussed something similar a few months back. I’ll only watch Jojo Rabbit on a long flight in the dark😊

There are others.

The kids in that great grandad was from Bolton. True fact.

Even some adverts set me off these days. Got a right mard arse as I've got older.

A Dogs Purpose.

Bone Tomahawk - if that doesn't make your eyes water, nothing will.

Think the only film I've ever cried at was Watership Down when I was a youngster, but I nearly passed out watching 'Hannibal' in the cinema - at the end when Lector cuts the top of Ray Liotta's skull off and starts feeding him slices of his own brain. Never been particularly affected by stuff like that, but it was 20-odd years ago so I was probably hungover/coming down off something.

American werewolf in London. When he realises a night out with Jenny Agutter is a bad idea because of his sudden bouts of facial hair. Very sad 😢

I cried when James Bond died.

I've told an inadvertent lie. I couldn't help shedding a tear the first time I saw 'Yesterday' when the main character visitied John Lennon in an alternative universe where he hadn't been in The Beatles, and therefore hadn't been assasinated. And that was a fucking SHIT film.

Was a bit shit in Avengers when Iron Man pegs it.

And when Spidersmans Auntie dies in NWH
