Return train leaves 15 minutes later, arrives at the same time as planned and seat reservations still valid 🎉

The George I think we're heading for at London Bridge

Same here via Borough Market

Plenty of places in London Bridge, just take your credit card… Check opening times too, depending on how early you arrive, as some are only 11.00am or midday open. London Bridge Tap opens at 10.00am I think.

Bunch of grapes - A decent pub, with outside space at the back. Solid choice, no frills.

George - Large open courtyard and old building with plenty of character. Pricier than others. If the weather is good, worth a visit.

Market Porter - Nice spot to people watch those wandering around borough market. Decent selection of beers.

Wheatsheaf and Southern Tavern - Nothing fancy but probably a bit quieter and no nonsense.

Old Kings Head - Millwall pub (although they are away on Saturday), cheaper pints, more of an old school boozer.

London Bridge Tap - Only thing going for it is it opens early and will be quiet. Has TV screens too, so would be showing the early game.

Barrowboy and Banker - Never been a fan myself, but pretty big place and probably plenty of football fans in there.

Went last season. Daughter lives in London so got tube to Woolwich. Found a spoons then bus to Charlton. Top day out with the win apart from the early start with it being a 1230pm KO.

We are collecting tickets on the day so need to get ground for a decent time. But given we will be drinking from 9 AM think we will cope.

Cellar one is The Sheaf, next to Katzenjammers? Another with sports TVs.

Was the one on the river next to a ship (Golden Hind)? That is Old Thameside Inn. The one behind B&B, down the stairs, is The Mudlark.

I wouldn't be going down to the river if I was going to Charlton - personally I'd go round Blackheath and near the 02

ah, got you

seddon joined us once in there

it went downhill fairly quickly

The Rose of Denmark is near the ground, but as I say I'd be boozing round Blackhealth. Loads of nice pubs and a short trip to the ground, quick to get to North Greenwich tube. I like The Crown round there.

lost 3-1 tonight

Fancied us tonight but oddly nervous about the ‘banker’ they seem to slap a few in at home in recent times.

Relegation form away, promotion form at home so far this season for them.

If we play like we did 0-45 and 83+ minutes today then we’ll be reet.

Odd thing is I think we’ll see 45-82 as well and how we react is key.

I'd be happy with a point, see you all down there.

Agreed. Last night's win means a draw isn't a disaster.

Just looked at results against teams we played last season and played this season. We've taken 20 points this year, corresponding fixtures last season was 12.

Anyone else recollecting a rollercoaster 2-4 win at Bradford in Todd's big 96/7 promotion season? Same scoring sequence as last night I think. Great day.

We are probably conceding a goal or two too many just now. 2,1,3,2 in the last four. Hope we can tighten that up a little bit.

Live on TV on a Sunday? I know I was there for it
