I have no idea of actual numbers but, for what it's worth, I do remember us and plenty others around us burst out laughing when the attendance was announced that night. It was pretty comical, never anywhere near that many.

Itd be better imo if existing STH could see the seat plan, at least to aid the conversation

I moved 3 today as well, ESL.  I was 25 in the queue and it took about 20 minutes to get through.

Easily sorted by the helpful ticket office staff.

The one i moved to was bought as a half ST last december

I presume that person hasnt renewed, though its poss theyve moved too

 

Did the same today,  25 mins on hold and then all sorted within a couple mins,  found me by just my postcode.

Just moved one of mine as daughter is off to Uni so we haven't renewed hers. Her seat was between mine and my lad's, so moved his into hers. Was in the queue for about 10 seconds, then all done and dusted within another 30.

I got thatrecorded ' you are in aqueue' message, then they answered. I'd just looked on the site as if I was buying a new ST and picked one of the free seats and asked if it was still available. The lady in TO said it was, and changed me over.

It's taken longer to type this than I was on the phone.

I know, I’d looked at it last week but I didn’t want to complicate things by having to ask them to plonk me in the middle of a row. I’ve got an end seat further down. The steps up to row Z were getting a bit much with my bad back and a few pints to carry.
