Portsmouth has a very similar population to here.

Average wage is around 6k more.

They have only one other "big" club near them.

I think our support stacks up excellently.

Absolutely.

The same radius across GM/Lancs that takes in 19/20 professional (ex), clubs around us, only takes in one or two others for a lot of these clubs we’re comparing ourselves with.

Takes the likes of Portsmouth, Ipswich, Norwich, Derby, Middlesborough down a few notches on the ”massive” scale for me.

As you say our support in that context stands up very well indeed.

Yes, considering our proximity to so many other clubs and the motorway network our support holds its own.
