August 10, 20242 yr Been lots of personal bests in fairness. Laura Muir ran one and was 5th (iirc). T'other lass got a tremendous bronze, and nearly nicked the silver. Just heard that Hudson-Smith ran the second fastest leg ever in that 4×4. Only one Michael Johnson has run faster, and by only 5 hundredths of a second. Just hope we can build on these performances.
