Sounds like the first line of a John Cooper Clarke poem. "I had a shit in the toilets in the Octogen today I tried to flush, but it wouldn't go away..." As performed on Granada's So It

I'll ask her.

Hold On To Your Butts at The Lowry a 3 person comedy show retelling Jurassic Park. Brilliant stuff well worth checking out if it comes back round.

Really enjoyed it!! Some folk attended it obviously expecting her life story. Their huffing and puffing (pardon the pun) was hilarious

Tours are tours - it's more what's been happening in the audiences.

Saw a tv clip reviewing that and interviewing the actors , looks good and the casting looks spot on .

Had to go and watch about 4 Elvis's do a show in Stoke, fell asleep during the first half and woke myself snoring

Going watching Of Mice and Men at the octagon in a few weeks.

Love it there and the quality of productions is magnificent.

Yeah I just about to say, anyone wanting theatre should support Bolton and go to The Octagon

Watched Henry Blofeld a while back at the Octagon.

Good, although perhaps not quite as top notch as I had anticipated.

Oh, and his references to homosexuality produced a mixture of audience sounds, so it can't be recommended in case of offence.

Saw 1984 at Th'Octagon recently was good.

Had to repeat my order three times at the interval. Girl on the till said she couldn't understand my (Bolton) accent.

Sounds good that show. Listened to someone talking about it on a podcast the other day. Can't remember which podcast it was.
