Seems a bit mad the Lionesses came home to 10 Downing street decked out in George Cross flags , but if the MSM are to be believed councils are removing them as fast as they can!

One of those looks like the one outside salford uni, where it's a 10mph zone.. 

Readings is in a bus lane

York's is on a private road (10mph limit)

I'd wager the others are in similar locations where Traffic isn't "flowing"
