We have to play on the front foot, getting our wingers into the game, high up the pitch if possible. Get sloppy, and slow, and our weakness is exposed. The wingers aren't the best defensively, and if we are conceding possession, then the midfield, and full backs, can become exposed. There is definitely a case for 4-3-3 at times.

Look at Coventry for that.
