Just left Euston. Absolute all time away day. Going forward first half was outstanding, should have been 4 up. Second half was proper steel. @Steejay @radcliffe white @marple whites

  • One thing that has been common through this run has been the reintroduction of Forino. Whatever formation we play he is a must in most games at this level, but especially against these lesser tea

Wigan North Western seems to be a fairly even split of Bolton and Everton fans

I’m getting the train to AFC Wimbledon from my local station (in North London) later on and found out yesterday that a school dad I know well will be on the same train - he’s an Everton fan going to Brighton.

Another must win in the push for second. Don’t care how we do it.

Used to play on the pitches on Kimber road nice walk to Wimbledon from there

4-2-3-1

Desmond at right back is a worry

I have a feeling it's apter LWB. Be very surprised if we start 442 away from home. That would also mean Johnston at LB.

Interesting to see how this looks on the pitch, 4231 or 523. And no Conway in the squad at all, must have a knock

This. Especially with how we finished on Tuesday.

Interesting….hope the new lads step up.

got a couple of heavy ones tuesday and was limping around

Take it Sheehan is still injured ?

Good line up that. Great to see some of the new boys in over Gale & Burstow.

Thats not a bad team and next week against Barnsley SS will also have Conway, Sheehan, Rodriquez and perhaps Hardie and another to add to the squad

Good job i just checked the kick off time :D

Loads of young players who could not really cope with the rigours of a full season.  We did beat Wimbledon at home 2-0 on the opening day although my memory of that game was that they battered us in the first half and could not score.

How did we end up playing on both Good Friday and Easter Saturday? Awful end to the season until Sheff U came chanting "win or riot" and suddenly we decided to play well !!

Yes the likes of Steve Thompson, Neil Redfearn, Peter Valentine, Warren Joyce, Steve Saunders who all had good careers but were only about 18, and Tony Caldwell who was older but first season in league football.

I remember the Sheff U game, we won surprisingly, they must have had more there than us, about 3k of us.

Playing on consecutive days seemed to be a thing in those days, not every season, but previous year in Div 2 it was Carlisle home 27th Dec (1-0) and Leeds away 28th (1-1).  I went to both, didn't take a lot to Leeds.

I have absolutely no recollection of Steve Saunders

New line up so no idea how this will go.

Jaysus

sloppy

They are already targeting our right full back Osei tutu who scares me to death as a defender. Already made one error that could have been a goal

Iles thinks it's 3421
