mickadoo Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 (edited) "West Ham offered ??2.5million for Michael Gravgaard on Sunday, but FCK rejected," Powell told BT. "West Ham were disappointed and surely the player too, because West Ham pay good salaries." It must be a bit of a running joke in the footballing world now, anyone a bit bored of training and commitment and all that lark can just swan off to WH for a few months and then leave when they go down. http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=4...tball_home& Edited February 1, 2007 by mickadoo

A move to any English club is a good one, not just WHU. And you do know that people who earn 3 and 6 will jump at the chance to offer their family financial security for life, yes? Or has the penny not dropped yet?
boltonways Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 You do know that players in Denmark earn about 3 and 6 a week and pay 80% tax don't you? Or has the penny not dropped yet? I won't be laughing at West Ham being relegated - or any other team for that matter. Fact is it could be us in a year / two years time. I'd rather enjoy what we have than bother about other teams difficulties.
Traf Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 It won't be us in a year or two: the infrastructure set up by Sam will see to that, whether he is still here or not.
Carlos Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 "Some of West Ham's relegation rivals want the club deducted points if it is found they broke rules in fielding Argentine pair Javier Mascherano and Carlos Tevez. (The Mail on Sunday)" I'm sticking my nose out here, but I'd say it was ALL of their rivals, not some.
Burndens Bogs Posted February 10, 2007 Author Posted February 10, 2007 West Ham 0 Watford 1 Their loyal fans boo them off again. It's looking like this thread could get bumped every week.

exiledwhite2 Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 This just gets better and better and better and better My hatred of West Ham knows no bounds, funny because up til the year we sent them down, they were a complete and utter nothing team to me
