fester58 Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Dr Martens conference north. a local derby every other week.
globaldiver Posted March 30, 2008 Author Posted March 30, 2008 conference north. a local derby every other week. 3 possibities, rather than just the boring prem thingy. And another thing, nice of Diaby to knobble Greta right in front of Wenger; for once he couldn't fail to see it.
soulman Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 And another thing, nice of Diaby to knobble Greta right in front of Wenger; for once he couldn't fail to see it. i was sat with david blunket and even he said "shit, that was a bit late !"
BWFC_LOVE Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 If we keep Davies we've half a chance of succeeding. Several long ball specialists at the top of that league right now, and Davies would have a field day.

mart32 Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 With Megson in charge i can only envisage slugging out 0-0's with the likes of Stoke cementing our mid table position.
soulman Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 if we keep al absi, cahill, stinheinsson ( that icelandic bloke ), diouff and davies as the backbone of the side i think will bounce back faster than than heather mills and linford christie in a 3 legged race ! (and lose megson)
Krimzon Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 if we keep al absi, cahill, stinheinsson ( that icelandic bloke ), diouff and davies as the backbone of the side i think will bounce back faster than than heather mills and linford christie in a 3 legged race ! (and lose megson) Can't see Cahill and Diouffy sticking around once we go down meself, but even after all the "cream" has been cherry picked , I think we might just scrape the play offs.................cue another 6 years of yo-yo ing.
TotalBelief2024 Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 Next year, 8 games to go, one win needed to go up to the Prem. Megson picks a youth team for the last few fixtures as 'the lads are tired' due to the extra few games and it will be worth it so that we have fresh legs next season. Incidently, we start the next season with a 0-1 defeat at newly relegated Wigan
YATESY Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 I hate myself for saying this but I think Megson could be as good as any manager to get us straight back up. We will need to bounce back in the first season down. I expect the likes of Nolan, Davies, AOB and Steinsson to give it one season of loyalty in The Championship.
