Site Supporter MickyD Posted September 17, 2008 Site Supporter Share Posted September 17, 2008 Just had a look at the travel club timetable. Coaches set off at 06.30.
no balls
BWFC will fcuk your football up To be fair, it's on Sky Sports. What they lose in support I suppose they'll get in tv money. And tbh, I've been down there a fair few times on a 3pm Saturday match and we didn't fill our end then.
Site Supporter MickyD Posted September 17, 2008 Site Supporter Share Posted September 17, 2008 I've been down for a League Cup game (quarterfinalsish) and we took thousands. But that was in the lower-leaguedays of "You bring us a Premier League team, we'll play them off the park."
tylswhite
These are the sort of games where the club should put on free travel again. Its an arse getting there for that time so im sure extra people would go if they did.

I may be miles off beam here as, but how exactly is the "credit crunch" affecting you? I'd have thought that you'd be one of the least affected on here. We only got 600 tickets though - and beat them. Kicked off at half time as shared toilets. Remember queueing at Burnden Park for hours to get a ticket.
