There's a few possibles here:

He's moving in with a bird and pooling white goods

He's emigrating

He's happier using radiators

He's become a naturist full-time

He's won a new one

He's bought a washer/dryer

He's got a new kitchen fitted and doesn't need it.

Ooooh, I'm sure there's loads more BUT I reckon our fruitie has thought about it before posting.

Delivery charges & Exchange rates knock this purchase right on the scone for me.

I tremember reading about some bloke who wanted to get shut of an old washing machine so he left it in his front garden with a sign saying "Free to good home"

 

It was there for a week - no takers.

 

He changed the sign to "For sale ?200" and someone nicked it that night - job done.

That was a tv programme, I remember watching it when I was a kid

 

Now that is going to annoy me all day

Fruitbat - is it a condensing dryer? If so, I'd be very interested.

When you say sell it for free - do you mean give it away? Or sell it without paying any commission?
