djorkaeff Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 Burnley for me Casino Just so this c?ck doesnt play in the premiership
DutchWhites Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 I know Burnley are inbreds but come on they are part of Lancashire and I would choose a Lancashire team ANYDAY more than a Tyke team! Plus its another cheap day out for next season and confirms that the North west IS the home of Football and the Premier League
Man_Walking_Dog Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 and burnley isn't a good day on the train ? had lots of fun there when the train to the strain burnley for me but i wouldn't be that dissapointed if the tykes joined us in the prem.
Juan.Kerr Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 T'Blaaaaades. Good day out, and a few pints of Waaaaaards. Owen Owen Coyle's done a grand job at Burnley though.
Zico Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 def utd used to live just off bramall lane happy pss up days and burnley is in yorkshire, despite what they might thnk
athywhite1958 Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Has to be Burnley for me, got a few mates who are Burnley fans plus it's another LANCASHIRE club in the prem.
SatanGreavsie Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Utd - nearest thing to a derby game for me, living, as I do, in a Premiership exclusion zone Mind you, Burnley would mean 7 of the 12 original founder members being in the top flight.
jules_darby Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Sheff Utd for me Great day/night out And...I hate all the bleating about it but they were unfortunate to go down Burnley supporters are generally fuckwits & constantly go on about their support compared to population etc Although "we only need 9 men" could be resurrected
The Norpig Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Burnley for me. Really don't like South Yorkshire police.
Gaz Nt Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 (edited) Red rose over the white rose any day! Come On Burnley! Edited May 13, 2009 by Gaz Nt

Some good lads up here who support their local team and have a healthy respect for Bolton. Besides a Burnley v Blackburn derby is a tad more "interesting" than a Sheffield one. Anyone hear of the 06:00 barge special?

Anyone hear of the 06:00 barge special? fcuk me, id live in guantanemo rather than brownlow fold or 'the village'
jules_darby Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 no they werent Tevezgate is just a nice excuse for them They went down 'cos they got less points And it's the whole season that counts BUT If can you possibly say that Tevez had little effect at the end of that season? No way would Sheff Utd get any kind of payout if it was even doubtful of said effect
MickyD Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Heart says Sheff. Utd, head says Burnley. Just hang on, I'll toss a coin . . . Burnley get it with heads.
mannyroad58 Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 I voted Burnley just so we will get at least 6 points next season
jayjayoghani Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Burnley supporters are generally fuckwits & constantly go on about their support compared to population etc Although "chim chiminee chim chiminee chim chim chimmoo, we hate the bastards in claret and blue" could be resurrected
Mike Hunt Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Burnley for me - hatred of Warnock still make me want Sheff Utd to fail now
SergeantSlaught Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 (edited) As a Burnley fan once said to me, "forget Rovers, this is the b**tards of the north match for me". Bolton versus Burnley that is. Edited May 13, 2009 by SergeantSlaught
luke_ Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Come on the blades! I live just off bramell lane and you could here the noise when they scored on monday night. It would be great to hang my flag out of the window when bolton come to town and also maybe when they play wigan. Selfish reason but oh well!
offside Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Burnley for me , lot of time for Owen Coyle, one of the decent people in football
