His last couple of years with us were a non entity for me but if its a loan deal that meant if it dont work out he goes then yes possibly. Am concerned that this maybe the best we can do in transfer window, if thats the case i am a worried moose

Going back in for Nolan doesn't mean we'll never buy another player, just its a quick and relativley easy way to strengthen the team without spending much money. Its not the big name, attacking signing that people crave for, esp after our start, but I certainly don't see it as the beginning of the end as some rather more melodramatic folk seem to be predicting.

Thats because the 35 million would have had to go on one player plus 100000 grade a week wages (and chances are they would be off to another club anyway), theres is not a lot out there hence most of them are priced out of out range, just a fact of life

Do you think world class players are banging on the door and Megson is turning them away or something? We can only sign someone if they want to play for us, and their club accepts what we're willing to offer.
