H Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 There I was watching the match in my local in deepest Zumerzet when at half time this plastic manc walked in looked at the score and with clenched fist uttered "Yes fucking great eh ?" to which I replied "Actually it's fucking wank". "Not if you're a Utd fan", he retorted and to prove he was the greatest fan in the world he thrust his hand towards mme to show off his signet ring with the Utd crest on. I treated this gesture with utter disdain and he fucked off to the other bar and didn't bother to watch his beloved team play the second half. Then they wonder why real supporters of any club think they're twats of the highest order.

I'm sick of meeting their "fans" who can quote all of the free and illegal streaming web sites where they can watch their beloved team on a laptop in their dining room.
Pablo Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 So how is it for you to in a pub watching your team down south, and not for him ?
H Posted March 28, 2010 Author Posted March 28, 2010 So how is it for you to in a pub watching your team down south, and not for him ? Because I was born and bred in Bolton and have supported the Wanderers since 1958 holding a season ticket for most of that period and travelling regularly from my various bases of London, Cardiff, Exeter and Bristol to watch my team home and away. Whereas he was born around Bristol, has never been to match at Old Trafford or anywhere else for that matter and thinks reading about a team in the Sun and wearing a signet ring bearing their crest makes him a supporter.

medwaywhite Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 pablo must be out as we speak thieving or drug dealing like all good scousers do, fair plays to the bloke moving away from the shit hole of liverpool , but old habits die hard for the scousers
