And to be honest, i dont put this signing in the cheap curry category, more like eating a pot noodle or two crumpets for your tea

You mean it's just plain wrong? :D

money or no money, some people are happy with a pot noodle for tea.

these people should be indentified and hung at dawn.

Bloke I work with reckons he eats "pot noodle butties" - that can't be right in any way shape or form surely

Jesus Christ.

pot noodle buttys look ming, lad at our works eats them..

the merciless?

serves them right for being so fuckin stupid.

He sounds a bit miffed, don't think his sister is too bothered.

I'll cheer if he scores for us

Whenever I have seen this lad play he has been decent. Yes he is getting on but he can still pass a ball in the games I have seen. He is probably technically better than most of the players in our current squad. Give the lad a chance for fuck sake.

If we sign another first choice striker & Blake is just for back up I'll be happy. Blake's better than Vaz Te etc ever will be.

If we don't then in Blake, Elmander & Davies, then we'll have one of the slowest, most impotent strike forces in the Premiership.

As other people have said, he's better back up than what we have now. He knows where the onion bag is & is capable of coming off the bench & bagging against anyone.

I'm more worried about the fact that as it stands Elmander will be starting.

I feel for him. Our eldest, McAteer, still gets loads of shit at school.

my dog sam got rather confused when i started calling him a ginger twat.

i honestly dont care what the terms are the deal are.

its a shite signing imo.

I will have to agree,he's 34 ffs.I hope the lad proves me wrong but as already said i think he may just be a squad player

dogs called nolan

"Little Robbie-Blake, who turns one in two months, lives with his mum, dad and older brother Bret-Taylor, who is named after former WWF wrestler Bret the Hitman Hart, in Nairne Street, Burnley."

you can't buy class

Naming your child after 'Ther best there was, the best there is and the best there ever will be' sounds like a good idea to me, not like my mate who called his girl Gorilla Monsoon

Bloody ell he works at Kettledrum just up road from me.

Might pop in for a beer with me Bolton shirt :drinks:

Very impressed with Robbie Blake yesterday at Falkirk. Held the ball up well, always seemed to be looking to turn and pass - didn't look out of place. Obviously we could argue he's in the team to score goals - and sadly I don't quite remember him getting into many scoring positions - but overall impressed.
