  • We will probably get shafted by some dodgy decision.

  • What a very boring, awful game!   Did we deserve to lose - no   Was it just like watching the negative Megson long ball rubbish - yes   Should we have had at least 1 pen - yes.   Starting with

i can remember two kicks from jussi that went out of play, one of them under pressure on his weaker foot - for the number of times he's asked to kick, hes fine at it

robinson was the same as he is every week - a solid full back who adds to the team

the ref didn't do his job

muamba and holden were asked to do too much by coyle

I have to agree and they both slacked. But what do you do?

Same bolton we've seen all season IMO.

Tidy at times, but no cutting edge. No intent to change anything ever. Every game seems to be a matter of time before we concede.

Liverpool are awful, gerrard and torres ares shadows if their former self.

Draw written all over that game from the off. Liverpool can count themselves very lucky.

Lawrenson just disagreed with everything we have said

Bigged up our play and Kev Davies

Odd but I'll take the plaudits

I think Jussi shouldnt be getting beaten by a shot so close to him. Why do refs give them everything? murderingthievingscumbagfuckers

was a close range toe bunger, he didn't get down quick enough or enough behind it, but that's because it was close range toe bunger so hard to say for me

seen him save them before

despite this, i would tend to agree with most of the comments on here.

was Lawro watching the same game?

I would like to add - thought we played well. I must be easily pleased these days then after reading some of the negativity on here.

during the match i thought we played ok, but watching back was not good.

still didnt deserve to get beat mind you.

once it reached about 75 minutes at 0-0, there was only one winner i'm only surprised it wasn't Saint Steven of Gerrard who cracked in a 40 yarder saving the shite bastards hide again.

I thought Davo was poor again in the first half but he picked up second half and led the line well. Unlucky with the header that went just wide, and I thought he should have had a penalty. When a defender puts both hands in your back and pushes you, that's a foul.

A couple of people on here have suggested he was going down too easily. Just to clear it up, do we prefer it when he carries three defenders on his back so we can all have a good whinge about referees never giving him anything, or would we rather he stopped being ten men all the time and won a free kick two in every ten fouls?

Holden looks to have all the time in the world whenever and wherever he receives the ball, which is the main difference between him and Fab.

Robinson was bordering on faultless but I thought Steinsson did well, too, particularly as the Cole/Konchesky combination looked to pose the greater threat from the flanks.

Other than that, there wasn't much to shout about and we didn't do nearly enough to win the game.

Gallingly, though, neither did they.

Lucky twats !!

Too direct. The few occasions we tried to create something instead of just knocking it long, had some moments of promise.

And too many players looked knackered. I feared the worst for the last 15 or so. Mark Davies should have come on.

We stood off them and didnt take the game to them at all first half. What do you do to a team low on confidence? You certainly dont let them have time and space on the ball to build their confidence. Poor tactics from Owen Coyle imo. Whenever we won the ball back we just twatted it long when there was acres of space to run into! The ref was a right cock, Davies got fouled loads of times but he didnt give him fuck all. Two clear penalties turned down and the murdering scouse shitbag scummy cunts nicked a winner. The typical robbery we get off them cunts every season so it seems.

Agree with most of what has been said thought some individuals had good games robbo, holden and night imparticular didn't think anyone had a bad game but as a team we lacked composure too many times in posession.

They are stuffy and shite they've no chance of finishing anywhere near the top 4

Despite a blinding volley in the first half from Holden, I go back to a point I made a week or so ago that we can't carry two centre midfielders who don't look like scoring a goal at all and expect to kick on as a team.

Any news on petrov was he injured will he be fit for Spurs?

Crikey homer, i agree with you 100pc on everything here. Exactly what i said to a friend driving home from the game yesterday (bloody liverpool fan too so wasnt a great return journey).

One of my other mates had us to down to win 1v0 i said i couldnt see us keeping a clean sheet, which i cant in any game to be honest (granted we nearly got there yesterday).

Think we left ourselves a bit vulnerable defensively the last 20 going for the winner.

Robinson played one bad punt down the line, everything else he did was spot on. I think he got sponsors man of the match. Steinsson did well defence wise but he still whacked a few too many long balls when he had time to play it to one of our men. Holden was busy but needs to take the ball forward into space more because he had the chance a few times but passed it. Muamba was missing first half but second half was much better but he needs to learn how to shoot ASAP  I wouldnt bother with Petrov or Taylor for Spurs i would stick that Moreno on, he looks to beat his man every time and he makes things happem. I think he would skin Hutton every time.

rodrigo moreno looks the dogs bollocks!

The thing i like most about him is he doesnt give a fuck who he is up against he is taking them on whether they like it or not. If he starts against a tired Spurs on saturday he could make a big difference imo.

rodrigo moreno looks the dogs bollocks!

he reminds me of the LCY of last season, fearless when it comes to running at players can beat a man and has a very attacking mind.

he'd be in over LCY next weekend for me , because lee looks knackered

the new messi ;)

the new messi ;)

The horses are being prepared for the bandwagon

time to get rid of jussi

he should be saving them

A bit harsh, didn't it take a slight deflection from Knight? in that position you would surely bet the attacker to score.

time to get rid of jussi - No

he should be saving them - you say that about every goal he concedes but i agree this time.
