They dont have the money or the high class hookers to swing the vote. Now maybe Isle of Wight

Don't fancy Russia at all but Qatar is really an up and coming country. It is tiny though! Going to be a real boost for them in the Gulf.

 

Edit: Scrap that, a world cup without ale!?!? Only hotels serve ale in Qatar, like the UAE...
