Non League Chatter

A few weeks away yet, but this could be the biggest attendance Victory Park have had for many a year with it being a title cruncher. Come on Chester beat those Leigh stealing body-snatchers.

A date for your diaries, on Saturday 4th July Atherton Collieries will play Bolton Wanderers, Neil Lennon has said he will bring a good squad down

  • I'm very fair and even handed on this one. I hate both sets of cunts.

Two home games in a row where I’ll be having a beer. Unheard of. Although I’m going to try and make sure it doesn’t result in getting home at 2am like it did after the Mossley game.

The Skuna ales are very good mate

Anybody recognise the cover of tomorrow's programme?

Not even got my bus pass yet.:D

Another good win for the Colls this afternoon. Juggernaut. A side scoring 2.8 goals so far this season are “bang average” though according to Mr Angry of Droylsden. Jog on.

Not sure if anyone on here pops down to Radcliffe Boro on occasions, but there is an article in the BN that their club photographer has sadly passed away following an accident.

anybody who does wouldve seen em give atherton a reet good dicking on saturday

tbh, i thought it mustve been postponed....

" a reet good dicking"... aye alreet, Boro deserved to win though imo.

Anyhow, no mention of the homophobic chants by Boro fans on diversity day   Secs called in by ref after match, in his report.

Not surprised backward from round there.:hi:

I remember the day when you'd respond equally vociferously about a slight, however small, on Bolton Wanderers. You know, in the days when you'd see the likes of Djorkaeff, Okocha, Campo, et al. Not one for "through thick and thin" then?

I assume you'll be back if we ever sail out of the doldrums.

Vociferously?  fuck me pal, if you think that was vociferous, you've gone soft. As I "calmly" pointed out, Boro did indeed deserve the win but wouldn't say we were dicked. Bury lad was after a rise ;) Players where upbeat afterward while I was collecting the kit and cleaning the dressing room.

Assume wrong too, I've no interest whatsoever in the stiffs.  But you wear your "I'm great coz I've watched em through thick & thin" badge with pride pal :good: Remember, it only means fucks all to those who feel the same, the rest will crack on happily. I mean even Carlos has given up!

What's happened with radcliffe? They've been reassuringly shit with rubbish crowds for the last few years. Last I heard fans were taking over and club was on its knees. Suddenly their battling for top of the league with great crowds taking more to away games then they used to get at home.

For me, BWFC died when they qualified for Europe and no one gave a fuck, the club or the majority of its support (unless it was a quid to get in). When against Braga, a “steward” ejected a 14 year old kid in a headlock, 2am at Ritzy style whilst a load of fucktards waved bedsheets. No longer felt like my club.

Carlos are you the push behind all the colls gear coming out? What's the deal with the beer did you have to buy the whole lot and hope you sell it?

Yep, a lot of it is my doing, but most it is basics that we should have had in permanently. On the beer, it’s brewed locally so we worked with the micro/nano-brewery to produce a quality product. We took delivery of an amount that we deemed would satisfy demand. They have more ready to go when we need it. The idea is groundhoppers and untappd types come down, also gained us good exposure.
