Surprised at going to Ashton, great little ground but they've got no fans. Rammy never recovered when Morley and Johnson left although that probably wasnt helped by the chairman. Hope it's the right appointment to replace him.

truly gutted about cleggy leaving, I wish him well, leaves a slighty sour taste to where hes gone for me 1 place above us with a very small fan base, cleggy now has to perform every week now as ashton expect, were he had no pressure on him at colls, ill give him 2 years max at ashton ,

had some cracking days out watching them,  like carlos said a massive appointment to be made.  big sam? pochetino are free. time for the club to keep going and show cleggy whats he missing.#upthefuckingcolls

Wheres ashton United's money come from? You'd have thought fans wise there's miles more potential with colls? Even in conference north they had no fans, Curzon bigger club in Ashton then theres Hyde, Stalybridge, Mosley and Droylsden on the doorstep

When you say small fan base how many more do Coll’s get through the turnstiles?

Is Joffy mates with Clegg, used to go watching Heys quite a bit, good manager and seems a good bloke, transformed Heys but they've missed out on promotion a few times,  he seems heavily invested there but then so did Clegg

Big fan of the average attendance stat above.

Ashton have generally flirted between NPL and Conf North over probably the last 15 years so they can justifiably say they’re much more established at a higher level than Colls. They’ve consistently had a decent budget over the years as well, reputedly funded by their social club. Either there are some serious career boozers in there or the ale prices are astronomical.
