Whizz Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Do we reckon we will sell out? I'm a bit gutted they have given 2 tickets per season ticket. Suits me personally but I have a coach full and most are not season ticket holders. If they don't get tickets it's going to be more expensive per person. Oh well, what do you reckon, will we sell out?
L/H White Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I don't understand how they can give 2 per ST holder? You can only get 1 per ST for PL away games, so why's this different? Fucking womens fault, moan at their husbands for going match everyweek, but cos it's wembeley they want a day out.
Horwich Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Dont think we will be far off. Ive got a coach of 49 and id say less than half of em go regular
Whizz Posted March 19, 2011 Author Posted March 19, 2011 I agree. They fucked up last time v Boro. I'm sure it's already been said. Anyhow if some of these lot don't get tickets I will be back on here looking to fill the coach. (as long as Happy has filled his)
Horwich Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Looks like they arent arsed about the lifeline anymore... People in that were reported to have "saved the club" in the 80s, forgotten about em now!
Carlos Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Fuck the Lifeline, it's a lottery system with nothing to do with football. Maybe before open sale IF they aren't ST holders. I don't think anyone can call how sales will go, but the amount of hysteria will lead to panic buying early doors. We had 20,000 ST holders when they fucked it up for the final. People aren't travelling from round the world for a semi
no balls Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I can't see me losing much sleep over those wihout season tickets who don't get a ticket.
RUREADY2ROLL Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 32000 tickets - why are people moaning We WONT sell out and by giving 2 tickets per season ticket holder friends will be able to go, and sit with, season ticket holders so there is a better chance of us selling more If we DID sell out there, and there is no chance of that, there will be more tickets available as the ground holds 90000
Sweep Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 32000 tickets - why are people moaning I tend to agree, I'm not so sure we'll sell all of them, and as you say, we could probably get another few thousand if we needed them
YATESY Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Every Bolton fan who really wants to go will be able to get a ticket
chrisw99 Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I agree. They fucked up last time v Boro. I'm sure it's already been said. Anyhow if some of these lot don't get tickets I will be back on here looking to fill the coach. (as long as Happy has filled his) It was 3 per ST against Boro though wasn't it? I seem to remember the chap in the queue in front of me getting 6 with 2 STs
tylswhite Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I can't see me losing much sleep over those wihout season tickets who don't get a ticket. Me neither Ive had non ST holders taking the piss when we suffered through the Megson days so fuck em.
Guest Biff Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I'm just wondering why we have a ticket office. It would appear that our semi final tickets are only being sold by ticketmaster even for the ones who go and queue up next Sunday. And why does it cost ?5 odd to have them delivered. How much is first class post these days.
smithills_gent Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 No we won't sell out. The only matches at Wembley or Cardiff we sold out were the League Cup Finals. An Fa Cup semi final isn't as big as the League Cup Finals.I think we will struggle to sell 25,000 even.
no balls Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 And why does it cost ?5 odd to have them delivered. How much is first class post these days. I would imagine they're being send out by registered post.

kent_white Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I can't see me losing much sleep over those wihout season tickets who don't get a ticket. Well I haven't got a season ticket but have only missed 2 games this season while I was on holiday. I'll definitely be losing sleep till I've got a ticket in my hand.

I'll definitely be losing sleep till I've got a ticket in my hand. I am pretty certain that for many season ticket holders, this will be their first cup match of the season! I'm also pretty confident that there will be plenty of tickets to go round.
stevieb Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 1ST class post up to 40 dabs is about 1.70. If its worth anymore it costs at last 6 quid. Ticket office r not to blame!
