March 25, 201115 yr I like this. Stuie knows what "forever orange / por siempre naranja" means. I was nt sure if carlos was referring to colour of your shirts or his perma tan.
March 25, 201115 yr I was nt sure if carlos was referring to colour of your shirts or his perma tan. Yea, I didn't know exactly what he was talking about either, I didn't think people in Bolton knew about his orange history. In Houston he wasn't exactly known for his tan. I still like the idea of orange in the stands, though...

March 25, 201115 yr I'm no doctor but I'm not convinced you can do your cruciate via impact. Of he has done it, johny Evans didn't really cause it, he kinda did it himself by the way he fell

March 26, 201115 yr Sort of I have had ACL recon on both legs and my scars are bottom right of my knee but you can access them from the kneecap too as that's what they used to do in the old days when they borrowed the patella tendon instead of the hamstring tendon as the new ligament Fuck knows what he has done but 6 mths for ACL recon is quick. Very quick, it's normally 9+
March 26, 201115 yr Borrowed? Do they give It back later? Id be very surprised if it's cruciate. Are they not just say 6 months as in back for next season? Seems strange that's it's not been properly announced though. Not even by the twitter man himself Edited March 26, 201115 yr by HomerJay

March 28, 201115 yr Stuart Holden was back at the Bolton Wanderers training ground on Monday for the first time since sustaining his knee injury, and the official website took the opportunity to catch-up with the American international. The 25-year-old American last week underwent surgery for the set-back sustained against Manchester United at Old Trafford in Wanderers' last Premier League outing. And Holden wanted to show his appreciation for the messages of support he has received as he sets out on his road to recovery. "I've been overwhelmed by the amount of messages that I have received from everybody," explained the midfielder. "One thing I wish I could do is reply to every single one of them but as a general message to all of the fans and well-wishers I just want to say a big thank-you. I really do appreciate to all those who have shown support and said kind words to me. "Obviously it has been a tough first week, especially when I think about the games that I will be missing in the remainder of the season, but I've got to crack on and focus on my rehab work and make sure that I'm in good shape for when I return next season. "I've been there before with some long-term injuries and it's not nice but I have to remain positive. That's the kind of guy that I am though - I'm still going to come into the club with a smile on my face and join in with all the banter with my team-mates. "I'm looking forward and taking the attitude that I am now already one week down the recovery trail. People won't see me feeling sorry for myself because I'm determined to get myself back fit and playing at the level I was before. "Today (Monday) has been my first day at the training ground and it has felt great to see all of the guys again. "I have got a call off every one of the guys over the last week and Ivan (Klasnic) came down to visit me in the hospital in London where I stayed after having my surgery. Being the jovial character that Ivan is, he actually brought me a bouquet of flowers and we had a laugh and a joke! "It's friends like that who I can rely on in these tough times, and I've also had my brother there to help me every step of the way and without him I don't think I would have been able to get through this last week as well as I have. "The first part the rehab programme is the non weight-bearing part when I'm on crutches. Once that has settled then I can start walking and I will be back here working over the summer making sure that I can do everything in my power to get myself fit as soon as possible. "In many ways my summer vacation has started now. It will be nice to relax but I know that I have plenty of work ahead of me in the coming months."
