PLEASE RETURN TO TICKET HOME IF YOU WISH TO START BROWSING THROUGH THE TICKETING SITE AGAIN ? Return to Ticket Home" DO NOT CLOSE THE PAGE OR TAB! Click on the link and the ticket options appear 4 tickets bought in 45 mins and I can't make it... Mr Bear is happy. Edited March 24, 2011 by C86
no balls Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 How about the poor fuckers who get kicked out half way through & put to the back of the queue again. Not acceptable! I'll not be so forgiving if this goes tits up!
marple whites Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 Give the ticket office there due, it was quite an easy process. tickets bought, trains sorted - bring it on !!
Gaz Nt Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 Shit I didn't know you could book tickets and coach tickets at the same time. So I order the tickets and then went back to order the coach tickets but its saying I have to pay the additional delivery & booking fee charges?! How do I get around having to pay that when ive bought my match tickets already?!

seany79 Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 Waited for an hour & it comes up with... Event Not Available Unfortunately, you do not have the correct criteria to purchase for this event. If you are not logged in, please log in above. If you are logged in already, and expect to be able to purchase tickets, please check the number against your name above matches the number on your TeamCard. It displays my old client against my name, code anyone know how to change your client code? This is what mine says, but will let me buy west ham tickets and my client ref is right Not fcukin happy!
GudniForever Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 Were buying 30 tickets, after adding the details for the first 20 we have been put back in the queue!!. We better not have lost what weve done- i'm getting nervous now.
cbwfcd Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 This is what mine says, but will let me buy west ham tickets and my client ref is right Not fcukin happy! Probably a silly question, but is your client ref linked to the account you signed in with?
Gaz Nt Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 Supporters can book their place over the phone by calling Bolton Central on 0844 8712932 or online at the Ticketmaster website by clicking here. No booking fees apply for website orders when booking with match tickets (?2), but a secure postal fee will be charged. So basically, it's ?11.00 to get your tickets for bus & match tickets?! Why can't they put them in the same envelope?! Robbing B*stards! So in theory, i'm only losing out on ?2 because I didn't buy them at the same time as my match tickets? Or am I losing out on ?7.50?

The True Marple White Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 Give the ticket office there due, it was quite an easy process. tickets bought, trains sorted - bring it on !! It only works (when it works) online because it is a Ticketmaster system and not our world renowned ticket office
liamBWFC Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 Got 10 tickets ealier on, sat in the clouds of block 527!
dirty barsteward Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 Probably a silly question, but is your client ref linked to the account you signed in with? How do you link it?
GudniForever Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 No Balls, were about two thirds down on the bar but I expect to wait when the bar reaches the end aswell. How are you getting on considering you have been waiting an hour? Im marooned here for the time being.

It looks like it is ?2 extra not ?5.25.They also haven't made it clear whether it is ?2 per coach ticket or per transaction but i'd say ?2 per transaction.

GudniForever Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 How many tickets have you added the details for already? and how many do you need to buy?. Ive done 20, I wonder if this is normal for people bulk buying- annoying if it is.
Gaz Nt Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 It looks like it is ?2 extra not ?5.25.They also haven't made it clear whether it is ?2 per coach ticket or per transaction but i'd say ?2 per transaction. Ye it didn't make it clear when buying them to be honest. It should have been an option to buy both when on the home page! Rather than individually, because I thought you bought the tickets, then bought the coach travel and it would be classed as buying them together. Only after buying the match tickets and attempting to purchase the coach tickets did I realise i'de be charged for buying them separately? Anyone else done the same thing? Or if you did buy the coach tickets and match tickets at the same time, did you only get charged ?5.50 booking fee for both? Or ?11.00 for both?
LodgeMorrWhite Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 This is what mine says, but will let me buy west ham tickets and my client ref is right Not fcukin happy! Same thing happened to me yesterday. I sent an e-mail to the online ticket office and they set up a new account for me linked to the right ST client reference. They sorted in in 5 minutes, no problems. When you log in the reference must match your ST number next to your name in the top right corner. When I originally created my online account I made a mistake and went straight to create account not as a ST holder, and so my reference was different to that on my Season ticket. Were you assigning anyone else tickets who does not have an online account. If so then you could ask them to set up a new account and let them assign the tickets to your ST. Just make sure your details on the system are right first. Alternatively e-mail the online office and see if they can sort it.
