Traf Posted July 10, 2011 Posted July 10, 2011 OK, Tomorrow afternoon: Finnish Veikkausliiga JJK Jyvaskyla v RoPS: put ?30 on the home team at 1.37 Then lay the home team: ?30.90 on Betfair at 1.38. If the home team wins, you'll make ?11.10 from 188Bet, but lose ?11.74 on betfair. If the home team doesn't win: you lose ?30 at 188Bet, but make ?29.36 on Betfair. Either way, you get a new shirt for 64p.
athywhite1958 Posted July 10, 2011 Posted July 10, 2011 (edited) Reet, I've signed up, but not yet put any money in, because I don't know how the betting thing works I've never been a gambler, what is the best way not to waste ?30? Edited July 10, 2011 by athywhite1958
Boothy Posted July 10, 2011 Posted July 10, 2011 Read Trafs post above. Or bet on both outcomes on the 188Bet site in such a way to minimise your loss.

Boothy Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 just realised they dont do horse racing. what kinda bookies doesnt do horse racing? That's what I mean, the site has such a shite selection for betting that it is worthless apart from these freebies they occassionally dish out.
Garrp Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 That's what I mean, the site has such a shite selection for betting that it is worthless apart from these freebies they occassionally dish out. They are an 'Asian bookmaker' who specialise in Asian Handicaps. They are not a traditional english bookmaker.
Whites man Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 They are an 'Asian bookmaker' who specialise in Asian Handicaps. Political correctness gone mad.
DazBob Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Asian Handicaps. Is that PC-speak for Chinky spazzes?
