I thought they all had decent games.

To beat a side like Liverpool you need 8 or 9 players playing well, we had that today.

Just shows that 4-5-1 doesn't have to be negative. Plenty of attempts, some good moves and we looked solid

From where I was sat, we played well to a man. Bogdan fills me full of confidence. He's quick off his line and claims everything which I like. Back 4 looked solid. Midfield worked hard. Eagles and Petrov put in one hell of a shift today. I know a few have been slating Eagles, but apart from knowing when to try a speculative effort and when to hold onto the ball, I thought he did well. MOM for me though was Ngog. He has elements to his play that I didn't realise when he was at Liverpool. His control and hold up play were class today. Excellent at bringing other midfielders into play.

 

I was relaxed when I was resigned to the drop, now the bastards have given me fresh hope!

Saw something today which I haven't seen much of all season, and that was some fight and determination from players! They wernt necessarily on the ball either or attacking, but tracking their man and giving their opposing player not a lot when they wernt on their ball! Liverpool were poor today, but if the Bolton we have seen so far this season had showed up, Liverpool would have won that game! every player gave their all today! We fully deserve the points! Even stan collymore said on the radio, ' I really am scratching my head as to why Bolton are in the bottom three after a performance like that' well done to all the lads!

Great stuff today, but it has to start occurring on a more regular basis.

And especially against Wigan in a few week

I also thought Ngog was MOM, his disitribution was awesome. it would be interesting to see him play just behind an out and out finisher that he can feed.

 

I also feel Bogan is making a real claim for the number 1 shirt. He has been really solid in his recent starts. He kept us in it at Macc. made some good saves against them at the reebok and commanded his box really well today. If he could just learn some better distribtion ie not just hoofing it when he has time to think i would struggle to find a real fault with him.

 

Hopefully Bogan had a beer with Reina after and picked up a few tips as i believe he is the best distributer in the prem as he proved a few times today.

think bogdan's gloves had some special glue on them today, wasnt letting anything go

alright defending, could of been better in first half, was improved in second

first half bellamy was dangerous but was marked out of game in second

NRC & muamba are looking good together letting mdavies have a sort of free role

ngog quality up top won pretty much everything and kept the ball very well

runners from everywhere

 

think every player did well today, all chipped in.
